Where is Vince McMahon when you need him?

After the Much Music Awards in Canada some words were exchanged between Perez Hilton and Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas.  Depending on who’s side you’re on in all of this the verbal exchange was either civil or nasty.  At the end of the day, Perez Hilton is claiming that he got beat up by Will.i.am outside a club.  He was so traumatized by the events, he took to his Twitter account.  Because nothing says “mommy I’ve got an owie” better than twatting about it on your smartphone.  Although, Will.i.am just created his own Twitter account to combat the backlash being created about the incident.

Both sides have also taken to the web, in there own versions of a fireside chat to tell the world their side of the story.  This should get real interesting.

Did you miss the John Mayer cruise last year?  Have you been sulking ever since you saw John posing in his Borat bikini and you didn’t get to see it in person?  Well, sulk no more…cruise away with John in 2009.

He’s doing a 4 day cruise, out of Los Angeles, to Cabo San Lucas.  There’s supposed to be lots of partying and bands on the cruise, but no real details have been released yet.  But hey, you can book your cabin.  And, when you’re booking your cabin, you get to choose the general area that you’d like to be assigned a set for a John Mayer show, on the cruise.  Don’t get your hopes up that you’ll get to pick your actual seat though…they don’t tell you how full or empty the section is and your seats will be assigned to you at a later date.  But if you just have to be on a boat with John, here’s the link.

Ashlee Simpson gave her bridesmaids each a gift bag. There was a tote bag, an Alice in Wonderland themed t-shirt (the wedding theme), and this little bauble. The 14kt gold necklace was engraved with the girl’s first initial, Ashlee’s lucky number (3) and a mother of pearl disc with a wishbone on it. I’m guessing Papa Joe got these gift bags put together for his little princess, since they came from Intuition and cost $475 each.

For all the weddings I was in, I’ve got some truly hideous dresses and shoes and my gifts included nylons and costume jewelry. I’ve got to get some wealthier friends. But hey, my friends are all on wedding 2 and 3…this might get good.

Oh yeah, she also admitted – during the reception that she is pregnant. SHOCKING

The Republicans have adopted a “new” slogan: The Change You Deserve.  Hmmmmm….This slogan was originally used by Wyeth pharmaceuticals to sell – drumroll please – the anti-depressant Effexor.  So are they trying to say that by re-electing a Republican to the White House it would be like putting in a group of mind numbing people to keep us from feeling the pain of their  previous actions?  Why don’t they just use the old Dos Equis Beer tagline: “Sooner or Later You’ll Get It.”

Harrison Ford filmed having his chest waxed to “showcase the pain of deforestation” for Access Hollywood.  Harrison has been a passionate champion for the enviroment for years.  He sits on the board of directors of Conservation International.  I get the stunt, but beyond Calista Flockhart does anyone else want to see him get his chest waxed?  I think you’d get a LOT more coverage if you waxed Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Matt Damon, Taye Diggs, Patrick Dempsey, Ryan Reynolds, Johnny Depp, or Shemar Moore.  Okay, so yeah, these are the guys I’d like to wax…but I digress.  Go save the planet people.

Angie Harmon’s all freaked out because she posed nude for next month’s issue of Allure Magazine. First of all, I saw you in that Prada outfit last month, you should be embarrassed about being seen in public wearing that.

I hate hearing actresses and models pissing and whining about how embarrassed they are to take off their clothes and worry about how they look. If you’re so weirded out by it…don’t take your clothes off. If the world thought you were hideous or weird looking or gross, they wouldn’t be asking you to take your clothes off to help them sell magazines.

Hmmmmmm………Donald Trump may be in for a bit of problem here pretty shortly. According to TheDirty.com, Trump Vodka and 944 Magazine held a little party, during the “big football event,” in the “Super Village” in January. That’s not the problem. The problem is, that one of the girl’s promoting the Vodka was only 17 at the time. Oh yeah, she was a topless bodypaint model for the event – she was handing out shots of Mr. Combover’s namesake beverage with her boobies exposed and of course, enjoying some of the liquid herself. Oops….sounds like someone was taking some pointers from Joe Francis.

Here’s a bit of the press release from January:

“Trump Super Premium Vodka will be featured throughout the event, and the Company expects to sell up to 1000 cases. Specially constructed and merchandised Trump Vodka bars, Trump Ice sculptures, a VIP Trump Vodka area, and other extensive means of brand exposure will permeate the entire event.

944 was trying to make a big impression at this years big game….looks like they’ll accomplish that goal. The Donald should have some fun trying to get himself out of this one, although I’m sure he’ll maneuver out of it, and the distributor who hired the girl is gonna have some serious ’splainin to do. I would guess that the distributor is going to be hearing Donald’s favorite saying “You’re Fired!” Sorry, it had to be said.

According to Gawker.com, People Magazine has won the bidding war to publish the first pictures of Nicole Richie and Joel Madden’s baby Harlow. The winning bid? $1m. But wait…there’s more…there’s apparently another war being battled for the first photo’s of Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman’s little bundle of joy Max. People and OK! Magazines have raised the bar to $1.5m and it’s not over yet.

No word, from either camp, that funds are being donated to charity…as was the case with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s pictures of Shiloh.

With that kind of a payday, it makes you want to run right out and get knocked up by the nearest celebrity – cha-ching!
