Looks like Robyn Gibson has finally had enough of hubby Mel Gibson.  After 28 years of marriage and a few more recent episodes of craziness, TMZ is reporting that Robyn has filed divorce papers this morning.

She stuck by his side during his drunk driving/anti-semitic rantings hit the news and subsequent mea culpa tour.  She was also there through all the gossip talk when Mel spent time with Britney Spears at their house in Costa Rica.  Last fall, he was pictured spending time with a stunning Russian woman named Oksana (not once, but twice).

Robyn cited, the standard issue Hollywood “irreconcilable differences” as her reason for the divorce.  But given the amount of absolute bullshit she’s had to endure the last 3 years, she should stand to gain a large chunk of Mel’s reported $900 million treasure trove.  Word on the street is, there is no pre-nup and they were married back before anyone really new who Mel Gibson was.

Britney Spears costume malfunction

Oops she did it again…and again.  Twice in one week Britney Spears has had a wardrobe malfunction.  On Thursday in Atlanta, she almost gave the audience an eyeful as her breasts almost completely fell out of her costume, but alas all she could give them was a nip slip, as can be seen above, then on Sunday she gave the audience an earful about her another issue.  Britney was coming off stage and her mic was open when she announced ” my pussy is hanging out.”  There haven’t been any reports of people complaining of sudden blindness, so I’m guessing no one really noticed.

The Comedy Festival Day 2

Well, sort of.  Jerry Seinfeld is teaming up with NBC to launch a (wait for it….) reality show.

For now, the project is called “The Marriage Ref” and the concept is that celebrities, comedians and athletes will judge couples in the midst of marital upheavel and then recommend strategies to help repair their marriages.

This show should get mad ratings just from the fact that the last people that should be giving marital advice are celebrities and athletes.  And we all know how Jerry Seinfeld solves marital discord.  His advice is if the wife isn’t happy, you (the outsider) should propose to the newlywed and make her happy by marrying her.

Please…say it isn’t so!  I went to check up on Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, at their digital home and this is what I found.  Although, with all of their scheduled photo ops and planning sessions for tabloid takeovers, they didn’t really seem to put much effort into it.  But to just see it empty….boo hoo hoo…..How will we know what’s coming up for them?  And how will Speidi fans be able to gather together to talk about our hero couple?

I thought it would be interesting to make a list of all of the celebrities who claim they will move from the US if John McCain wins.

First of all, the celebrities that make this comment are stupid.  That’s like being the little kid who doesn’t get his/her way and screams “fine, I’m taking my toys and going home.”  Second, does anybody really care if these people live in the US or some other country?  It’s not like they’re going to stop performing or putting out records here.  Hell, even the paparazzi wouldn’t really lose much, if any, income if any of these people left the country.  They’re not exactly hot properties that the average American cares about seeing their everyday lives.

Seal (singer) – he’s already an English citizen

M.I.A. (singer) – she’s already an English citizen

Akon (singer) – he’s already a citizen of Senegal

Moby (performer)- but he didn’t actually make a definitive statement, he alluded to it

To be fair and balanced, the only “celebrity” that I am aware of as having made the claim they would leave the United States if Obama wins is Stephen Baldwin.

So yesterday I told you about the porn career of Chelsea Handler’s sidekick Chuy.  The movie Zack and Miri Make a Porno is revving up its marketing machine.  And now Jeremy Jackson is claiming that a sex tape that he and his fuck buddy, former Porn Star, Sky Lopez is floating around looking for a buyer.  He’s pulling a move from the Ranae Shrider play book.  Here’s what he said to TMZ:

“Listen, this video was made by my best friend. (It’s) between me and a casual sex partner, who just so happened to be a former porn star. I was later physically threatened if I didn’t turn the DVD over to some drug addicted thugs.”

I’m hearing that there’s not a lot of interest in this tape.  I mean, seriously,   there’s already a ton of Sky Lopez content out there (she was a porn star) and who wants to see Jeremy Jackson having sex.

Suge Knight is not having the best week.   First, his record company, Death Row Records was on the auction block due to his filing of bankruptcy.  And the winning bidder, Global Music Group, couldn’t come up with the rest of the cash this week.  Looks like it might go up for auction again, because the #2 bidder isn’t interested in it anymore.  Now, Suge has been arrested in Las Vegas on assault and drug charges.  He was caught beating his girlfriend, just off the strip, while brandishing a knife and  in possession of Ecstasy and the painkiller Hydrocodone.  Police said that they were arguing in their Escalade when Suge punched her in the head.  She grabbed the steering wheel to cause an accident.
