Nicole Richie has taken her designing prowess from jewelry to clothing.  Maternity store A Pea in the Pod has tapped Nicole Richie to design a 14 piece maternity clothing line.

Not surprising, the overall look of the line is bohemian, which is right in line with Nicole’s look.

“I’m excited to join A Pea in the Pod in creating my capsule collection,” said Nicole Richie. “I hope that the ease and comfort of my designs will help expectant moms to look and feel amazing throughout their pregnancy.”

Jennifer Lopez, aka J Lo, was in Italy last week to promote her lingerie line with Yamamay.  She’s been doing the lingerie collaboration with Yamamay since 2007.

But I think we can all breathe a sigh of relief that J Lo is just holding up this unitard and not actually wearing it.

As if we don’t have enough Jon and Kate Gosselin in our lives now you can have Jon Gosselin or Kate Gosselin be with you at every moment.  I present to you the Jon and Kate Gosselin dolls.

I am truly disappointed that there wasn’t a greater attempt to make these two more lifelike though.  Where is Kate’s upside down mullet?  Where is Jon’s beer gut?  The company calls them Jon and Kate Plus 8 Action Dolls.  If they wanted to make real Jon and Kate Action Dolls it would be more correct to have a rubber Kate vagina and replica of Jon’s penis – since these are the only two parts of these people that have any action.

Yep, it’s true.  Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez have another tax write off to add to their family and no, it’s not another baby.  Anthony just purchased a minority ownership stake in the Miami Dolphins football team.  I guess Anthony finally realized that he needs to move on to something else.  Lopez is showing him up pretty good with her new careers in fashion/perfume and acting.

Dolphins owner Stephen M. Ross also sold a minority ownership stake to Gloria Estefan last month.

Anthony and Lopez are now house hunting in Miami.

Joe Simpson is pulling a stunt that seems to be right out of the Joe Jackson playbook.  It seems that Simpson wants to revive daughter Ashlee Simpson’s singing career. (I’m not so sure that would be considered a revival.  Maybe more like trying to do it again.)  His big project idea?  Simpson is pitching a “concept album” that would have Ashlee doing covers of Michael Jackson songs.

Heather Mills Launches V-Bites Restaurant

Heather Mills has found something to spend her $50 million divorce settlement on: a vegan restaurant.  That’s some smart investment there girl.  One of the worst economies in decades…a small, but admittedly growing, culinary trend…and located in a country where most everyone hates you for desecrating one of the most beloved Brits of all time – Paul McCartney.  Bravo Babe!  She named the soon to be closed eatery, V-Bites.  I can think of a bunch of things that stands for.  But since it’s early on a holiday morning, and I haven’t had my requisite amount of coffee yet…I’m just going to let this one go.

But I do have to admit, as much as it pains me to say this, this is the best Heather Mills has looked in years.  She’s kind of looking a bit like Debbie Harry too.

Just when you think you’ve seen it all…along comes Ed Hardy.  Yes, the official clothing line of faux tanned, somewhat muscled, gelled hair, gold chain wearing lemmings everywhere (that same Ed Hardy) has branched out into wines.

I was at Whole Foods last week and thought it was an abberation or at worst, a one-off summer thing. But now that I see the press photos of head douche, Christian Audigier, and his “official rollout photos” complete with his harem employees donning his haute-trash clothing and brandishing bottles of the low end Ed Hardy label and the higher end, Christian Audigier label I see that it’s as real as an Ed Hardy crystal emblazoned trucker cap worn by a weave heavy, Penthouse blonde with a pierced nose and stripper pumps.

So for all of you who can’t resist the sexiness of a vacuous non-thinking douche, or douchette, your one night stand can now be toasted with a Valtrex washed down with a mouthful of Ed Hardy.

Lil Jon may want us to think he only drinks crunk, but now we know that’s not all he’s drinking.  Turns out Lil Jon is an award winning winemaker.  Seriously!  Well, if Francis Ford Coppola (a movie maker) and Savanna Samson (a porn star) can do it, why not a rapper?

His winery, for those of you curious to try Lil Jon’s fancified crunk, is Little Jonathon Winery.  His 2006 Central Coast Chardonnay just won a silver medal at the Los Angeles International Wine and Spirits Competition.

Caught on film…one A-list television celebrity/up and coming movie starlet rolling around naked with her boyfriend.  How did this fashionista who is fast rising on everybody’s radar end up in this predicament?  I guess will just have to wait and see how this one plays out.

Little Miss Leighton Meester has a sex tape floating around and after a week or so of being on the market it, has finally found a home on the internet.

The tape isn’t anything out of the ordinary.  It’s got your usual naked celebrity, some sex (natch), and was shot a few years ago.  But Leighton Meester’s feet are the big star of the show.  Apparently they’re not just for wearing high end stiletto heels – if you know what I mean.

You know real estate investments aren’t paying off for Donald Trump when he buys WWE Monday Night RAW from Vince McMahon.  Yep, it’s true.  On Monday night the announcement was made that “Donald Trump made an offer I could not refuse,” said WWE owner Vince McMahon.

I guess all that beauty pageant in-fighting experience has prepared Trump for the fighting beauty queens of the WWE.
