Dancing with the Stars couple, Derek Hough and Shannon Elizabeth, have announced their breakup over Twitter.
Derek Hough Twitter:
“Hi everyone, we wanted you all to know directly from us, that Shannon & I have decided to end our relationship as boyfriend & girlfriend…,” they each posted in matching Twitter messages. “However, we love and care about each other very much and will reamin friends and in each others lives.”
Shannon Elizabeth Twitter:
“Thank you everyone for all your sweet words & encouragement — it really means a lot to me!”
Hey, I just figured out a way for Twitter to start making money. They should charge celebrities a fee to make their announcements. As many people as they reach making their announcements via Twitter these days, they could end up saving some serious amounts of money by letting their PR people go.
