If the book world is trying to get people to read more books, this probably isn’t going to do it. Carrie Prejean, the former Miss California, who rode herself right out of her crown just signed a book deal with conservative publisher, Regnery Publishing. The book will be called “Still Standing.”
The things Carrie Prejean intends to get off her chest (not her implants of course):
Why she answered that “fateful” question by Perez Hilton the way she did (um…cuz that’s what she thinks?)
What really went on behind the scenes at the pageant (hmmm…a bunch of catty girls putting vaseline on their teeth and tape on their butts)
What really happened to make Prejean lose her crown (how about she pissed off the hand that fed her – pageants are a for profit business)
Wow, that’s going to be a really short book. It looks like it should be something that should just be put on a blog post somewhere. Oh wait, it has been: here, and here, and here.
