Heather Mills has found something to spend her $50 million divorce settlement on: a vegan restaurant. That’s some smart investment there girl. One of the worst economies in decades…a small, but admittedly growing, culinary trend…and located in a country where most everyone hates you for desecrating one of the most beloved Brits of all time – Paul McCartney. Bravo Babe! She named the soon to be closed eatery, V-Bites. I can think of a bunch of things that stands for. But since it’s early on a holiday morning, and I haven’t had my requisite amount of coffee yet…I’m just going to let this one go.
But I do have to admit, as much as it pains me to say this, this is the best Heather Mills has looked in years. She’s kind of looking a bit like Debbie Harry too.
