Monte Carlo Television Festival 2009 Closing Ceremony

As if it wasn’t startling enough that Kim Kardashian was in Monte Carlo for the Television Forum, but then I ran accross this picture and I stopped dead in my tracks.  Kim Kardashian and her mom, Kris Jenner bring on the fashion disaster better than anyone I know.
