The only reason I could come up with for Jamie-Lynn Sigler wearing something this horrendous looking is that she got her invite to the premiere of The Hangover and she read it as a hangover costume party, where you attend wearing something that makes you look like you are doing the morning after walk of shame while having a hangover.
The pattern of the fabric and the drape of this mess dress looks like she passed out on the couch of a strip club in Vegas and when she woke up, she clawed at the fabric and wrapped it around her as best she could so she could hail a cab and not be butt ass naked as she returned to her hotel to try and remember how she, Jamie-Lynn Sigler star of the Sopranos and girlfriend of Turtle, ended up passed out nude at a strip club in Las Vegas.
