Up until now, Rihanna has been the only one to keep her mouth shut about what went on that night after the pre-Grammy party with Chris Brown, but not for much longer.  Her attorney, Donald Etra, said that she is going to receive a subpoena to testify at a pre-trial hearing on June 22nd.  Not only is she going to receive the subpoena, but Rihanna is going to comply and show up in court that day.  Chris Brown is also required to be at that pre-trial hearing on the 22nd.  A Rihanna and Chris Brown face off…that ought to make for pure chaos at the Beverly Hills courthouse.
