I can’t quite figure out if Night At The Museum 2 was trying to take the mantra “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” to heart or if they were putting their stars in theme costume.
Because those are the only reasons that I can put together for Amy Adams being dressed in a gray garbage bag at the premiere. Is Amy’s garbage bag an attempt to show that you can use garbage bags for making a fashion statement? I realize that several designers have done that and paraded said plastic retention vessels down the runway. Or did Ben Stiller sit Amy Adams down and say listen…museums have lots of garbage cans around and we feel that they were really downplayed during the filming of my hit movie. You, Amy Adams – cute little thing, could give garbage cans the respect they deserve. Your sweetness, lovely red hair, and angelic voice could give them the platform to tell the world to take notice of their existence. Just think, this could be the launch pad for your next movie portraying a singing garbage can on Broadway. I realize you’re probably too young to remember this, but McDonald’s made stars of their garbage cans back in the 70’s. I think you could bring that back again.
