Jamie Lee Curtis arrived at the Noche de Ninos Gala for Children’s Hospital last night decked out in a plunging black velvet dress revealing her amazing cleavage, but the boobies were completely upstaged by the Britney Spears “batshit crazy period” pink wig. No, Jamie Lee has not lost her mind and started bashing cars with an umbrella, or containers of Activia.
The wig belonged to an 11 year girl who was suffering from Cancer when Jamie Lee met her.
“We were at a news conference, and she pulled off this wig and on her head she had written ‘Jamie Lee Curtis Rocks,’” the actress told me about her first meeting with the girl when she was 11.”
Jamie Lee borrowed her wig, that night, to attend a benefit for Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and they raised millions of dollars. After the girl died, at age 15, Jamie Lee Curtis asked the girls mother if she could have the wig and carry on the girls message.
Last night Jamie Lee was awarded this year’s Courage to Care Award, by Governor/Actor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
