Now this is just a great story given all the doom and gloom headlines currently out there.
Slash, Paul Stanley, Neil Pert, and Van Halen have donated autographed guitars, drum heads, and sticks to help a Southern California sheriff’s deputy who is fighting acute myeloid leukemia.
Deputy Robert Corrales was diagnosed last April and has not been able to find a bone marrow donor that is a match. 90% of the proceeds will go to help Corrales and the other 10% will be donated to the T.J. Martell Foundation which works to help find a cure for leukemia, cancer, and AIDS.
