Charles Barkley got pulled over this morning for blowing through a stop sign in Scottsdale, Arizona. While he was pulled over the police gave him the field drunk test, which he failed. He was arrested and had his blood drawn to determine how far over the limit he actually was.
Based on this photo…Barkley looks like he could use a little sleep.
