This dress totally reminds me of a tissue paper art project I did in second grade.  You’ve got a bunch of 2″ squares of tissue paper, you wrap the paper over the eraser end a pencil, dip it into a puddle of glue, then stick it on the paper.  When you’re all done, you’ve got this fluffy picture of something.  Anywho…here’s Mischa Barton in the red/pink version and Elizabeth Banks, at the “Milk” premiere in the gray version.  What do you think?
