Natalie Portman at Venice Film Festival

Natalie Portman steps out to appear at the Birdwatchers premier at the Venice Film Festival.  I’m normally in awe over her dresses when she’s on the red carpet, but I can’t really make heads or tails out of this.  It looks like she’s got horse tails on her shoulders.  What do you think?
