Mantra - Hinduism. A sacred verbal formula repeated in prayer, meditation, or incantation, such as an invocation of a god, a magic spell, or a syllable or portion of scripture containing mystical potentialities.
Tara Reid has decided that if no one will hire her to act, surely the world can appreciate her fashion sense, she has now entered the rag trade, sorry, the world of fashion with her own line called Mantra. The line is made up of what predominantly inhabits Tara’s closet: poncho’s, t-shirts, dresses and bikini’s. What makes these so special you ask? They’re decorated with fancy beads and trinkets. (seriously) Ah, and the bikini’s are emblazoned with sayings like “Catch me if you can” and “Single and ready to mingle.” How catchy. I guess this is why she’s calling this line mantra. Because these are the things that every girl should be chanting 24/7…and if you forget your mantra, you can always look down at your bikini for a reminder. Coming from Tara they should also have sayings on them like: “Bartender, I’ll have another,” “I never met a tequila I didn’t like” and “I am the party.”
