Dr. Dre is adding to his empire again. He’s partnered with Drinks Americas brand to release a Cognac called Aftermath (real original, since his company is named Aftermath) and an as yet unnamed sparkling vodka. The other interesting part of this deal is that Interscope Geffen A&M Records is also involved in the arrangement. Aftermath Cognac release will coincide with the release of his upcoming record “Detox.” (How fitting.) Drinks Americas already is the home of the Trump Vodka brands and Willy Nelson’s Old Whiskey River Bourbon.
This should be an interesting thing to watch. Considering P. Diddy’s ownership and involvement with Ciroc vodka. Not to mention the little Superbowl debacle with the marketing of Trump’s Vodka. I wonder what kind of promotion this libation is going to use?
