Shia Labeouf WAS drunk, and charged with DUI….but police are saying that the accident wasn’t his fault. The other driver ran a red light and caused the accident. This doesn’t make what Shia did any better though.
Ahhhhh, and we now know who the “mysterious passenger” was, it’s Adrian Grenier’s girlfriend Isabel Lucas - and Adrian’s a little pissed off about it. Isabel is in the Transformers movie with Shia.
