Verne Troyer filed a $20 million lawsuit against TMZ yesterday claiming invasion of privacy and breach of copyright. He claims that the tape was stolen and ended up in the hands of notorious celebrity sex tape broker Kevin Blatt. (Since I know Kevin, he’ll probably really like my moniker for him.)
It’s hard to say, right now, if he’s doing this because he really doesn’t want the tape out or if he’s holding out for more money. But since he hasn’t named the buyer of the tape, Sugar DVD, in the suit….I think he’s just pissed that TMZ is running a clip of the tape without Verne getting any money for it.
