I’ve railed about the raping of our childhood with all of the television and movie re-makes of the classics from our childhood like Speed Racer, Land of the Lost, The Electric Company…..but finally there’s some good news. Kellogg’s is bringing back the Hydrox cookie. If you’re not familiar with this little confection, think of it as the bastard cousin of the Oreo. You know, just like in your family….the one that no one really talks about, except under their breath but it sounds like that cousin is actually having all the fun and you’re secretly jealous of him.
They decided to bring it back for it’s 100th anniversary and an outcry from the public. Kellogg’s says that if the demand is there, they will continue to make and sell the cookies. Forget your lactose intolerance and eat up!
