The Stewart family is all about togetherness, even if it means their family get together will be held in a courtroom. Here’s the scorecard:
Sean (Rod and Alana’s Son): Jailed for 90 days, in 2002, for attacking a guy outside a club, charges filed against him in 2007 for throwing rocks and bricks at couple, in the Hollywood Hills, after he wasn’t allowed into their party (charges against him were recently dropped), Last July Sean was sued for beating up a guy outside of the club LAX, in April of this year he was accused of stealing his ex-girlfriend’s dad’s car (movie producer Jon Peters). Jon has reportedly pressed charges against Sean.
Alana Stewart Hamilton (Sean’s Mom): Alana is named in the civil suit, that involved Sean, regarding the throwing of bricks and rocks at the couple in the Hollywood Hills.
Rod Stewart (Sean’s Dad): Rod has just been added to the suit, against Sean, regarding the fight outside of LAX. Apparently a guy that Rod employs was the person who “escorted and monitored” Sean the night of the confrontation.
