James Caan just stormed off the set of the movie “Nailed.” He only had 2 days of shooting to do for the film and got into a verbal brawl with the movie’s director David O. Russell. Apparently the tiff started when Caan’s character was supposed to choke to death on a cookie. The two then argued about his method of choking (whether or not he should cough as he choked to death). Caan got so mad he stormed off the set and is being replaced with another actor. WAAAAH!!!
I’m all for expressing your opinions and spreading your creative wings, but for crying out loud, what an f’ing baby! This movie should actually do pretty well at the box office too, there’s a bunch of A-List actors in it like Jake Gyllenhaal and Jessica Biel. Oh, and considering Caan pulled a “David Caruso” by quitting his show “Las Vegas” to further pursue his film career he ought to take a look at how Caruso’s film career has gone after leaving “NYPD Blue.”
