TMZ is reporting that Mischa Barton, rather, her attorney was in court, this morning, regarding her December DUI and marijuana possession bust -oh, and for driving without a license. If you’re gonna go…go big!
The case has been continued to April 10th. Anthony Salerno, her attorney, believes that her case will be resolved “favorably.” Meaning, some charges will be reduced, penalties minimized, and other charges will just go away. We’ll be waiting to catch her next photo op at church again, soon. Ah justice - Hollywood Style.
